Game of Thrones Season 4 Trailer and the Jewelry it inspires

If you haven’t been living under a rock for the past week, you’ll already know that the Game of Thrones trailer for Season 4 has been released. In case you did miss it for some reason or like me you just can’t stop watching it over and over again, then here it is for your viewing pleasure:

I got chills. Chills I tell you! Here are my top anticipated moments based on the scenes shown in the trailer (spoiler-free) and the jewelry they inspire:

1. More dragons: I love that the trailer opened with a dragon shriek and its sinister shadow in the air. Here’s to many dragon sightings in Season 4. Unleash your inner Khaleesi with this dragon ear cuff:
2. House Martell: They’ve name dropped the Martells and Dorne in the past seasons but finally we have scenes featuring the Red Viper. Easily one of the most badass characters in the series, he will play a big role this season as will other members of his family. I can’t wait for people to discover the House whose words are “Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken”. These earrings remind me of their sigil:
3. Jamie’s Gold Hand: Jamie Lannister is back in King’s Landing and he has a new accessory and a new haircut. Just wait and see what else is new with the Kingslayer as this is the point where he becomes one of my favorite characters. This necklace features a gold Hamsa hand and it’s by Jamie Jewelry, how fitting:
4. Joffrey and Margaery’s Wedding: This much-anticipated event will be one of the highlights if not the highlight of Season 4. People who’ve already read the books will probably know why I specifically chose these purple amethyst earrings to represent the wedding:

The new season premieres on April 6th! May the old gods and the new watch over us as we cross off the days in breathless anticipation.
