My Commissions of DC Comic Book Couples

With Valentine’s Day on Friday, I’m celebrating love all week long on the blog. So for today’s nerdy New Comic Book Day post, I wanna share the amazing commissions of comic book couples I proudly own from some of my favorite artists out there.

Since there’s no new Arrow episode today, I wanna start with this to cheer me up. It is one of the first commissions I’ve ever gotten from Caanan Grall. Caanan is one of my absolute favorites so there will be a lot of his work on here.
This next one by Mike Rooth was a present from my boyfriend because he just knew how much I love Aquaman and Mera.
I’ve always loved Batman with Catwoman so here’s a hilarious interpretation from Caanan, first the original and then the colored version.

Now here come the Superman/Clark Kent and Lois Lane commissions…They’re hands down the best, most iconic comic book couple, bar none. I will actually fight those who support Superman/Wonder Woman as you all probably know by now.
Cutest commission has to go to this one by Agnes Garbowska:

Here’s another one from Caanan, because obviously I would ask him to do one:
And finally, last but certainly not least, I couldn’t believe I was able to get a commission from Evan Shaner but as soon as I heard he was available to do them, I jumped at the chance. The result is so beautiful and he even went back and colored it for Superman’s 75th:

I’m so happy to own all these gorgeous pieces and I just had to share them with everyone. Happy Hump Day!
